0 Hashbrown & Omelette

It’s our 2nd wedding anniversary and I want to make hubby’s favorite hashbrown & omelette.

The below is a portion for 2.

Hashbrown

Ingredients: potatoes & salt

3 potatoes, size medium.

peel and shredded

soaks them in water for 5 mins

& then dry them in paper towel

add salt

Use the biggest pan you have.

Medium heat

add 1 tablespoon of olive oil

pan fried 1 side for around 15mins

tips: don’t touch or turn it. wait until 15mins when it’s ready to be turn

Then another 15mins on the other side

Done

Omelette

Ingredients: 4 eggs, 1 tomato, half avocado, 1 onion, 2 strip of bacon, 2 sausages

dice tomato, avocado,onion, bacon & sausages

divide the portion in half (for 2 portions)

beat 4 eggs, add salt,

add diced avocado and tomato into the egg mix

heat pan. medium heat

fried bacons until golden brown

then add in onion and sausage and cook for about 5 mins

add in the egg mix and cook until the underside is golden

flip the omelette and cook until golden.

But if you see my photo, I didn’t flip my omelette because I like to have my eggs slightly runny.

So when I fold it, the inside of the omelette is soft & runny yumzzz
