The viral Whole Tomato Rice.
Of coz, I must try also la.
This is super simple. Super easy. And Soul Food. When you eat, and it’s so good for your soul haha
(I fried them before chucking them into the rice cooker)
3/4 table spoon. salt
1/4 table spoon. pepper
2 tsp. olive oil
2 cup of rice
1 big juicy tomato
(add more if you think 1 is not enough, but remember to remove 6 tablespoon of water for each tomato)
* If you want to keep it really simple, skip everything. Just Tomato, salt, pepper & olive oil (Basic). If you want to go crazy…..add anything youlike. You are the Chef.
Chuck everything into the rice cooker.
Leave it! Cook like normal. How you cook your rice.
Look so yum…but it’s not ready yet. You need to stir and mix everything up.
Mash the tomato up and mix well. Work it~!
